Gracie's Magic Hiding Place

Welcome to a magical place. It's world that was created just for kids. A place where only good things happen. All you need to do to enter her special hiding place is dust off your imagination and bring it with you. So come in and explore. You can draw, paint and visit other web sites that are full of fun things to do.

Do you like to color? We do. So we went surfing and found some really neat pictures for you to print out and color. Use them to decorate your walls or your locker. Give them to Mom to post on the fridge! Have you ever heard of Woodsy Owl? He teaches kids to "Give A Hoot. Don't Polute". You can go to his website and print out his coloring pages.

The Coloring Site has dozens of pictures you can color online or print out to color. They have animal pics, sports pics, pics for holidays, girl stuff pics and lots more! One of our favorites is the Coloring Page. They have free, printable pages you can color plus they have activities like Dot-To-Dot and games & puzzles. Way cool! For hundreds of pages of activities, coloring pages and games go to free coloring pages ! What else do you like to do? Take our poll and let us know. Gracie likes to play outside. She loves to swing and play with sidewalk chalk and bubbles. We even found some great recipes for making colored bubbles and your own bubble necklace. Once you make your great bubble concoction, it's time for some awesome bubble activities. Then go to the Soap Bubbler and check out the wild bubble shows from around the world and Bubbleology. Yep, that's right, we said Bubbleology! What is Bubbleology, you ask? Well it's..nope, I'm not going to tell. You have to go there and find out for yourself. But, be careful, it might be too much fun for you! Oh, we almost forgot! If you make bubbles you must have...a bubble blower. Another simple bubble blower is an empty thread spool. Mom or grandma probably have one of those. Just dip one end of the spool in your solution and blow through the other end. And presto-chango, you have bubbles!

Have you ever played hopscotch? When I was a kid, a million light years ago, we used rocks to draw hopscotch and other pictures on the sidewalk. Oh, you've tried that too? Then you know chalk is much easier to use? Do you know how to make your own sidewalk chalk? Try it! You can also make your own bath tub finger paint, egg shell chalk and a whole bunch more neat stuff with your imagination and a little help from an adult. What kind of games do you like to play outside? I like to play You're It!. If you want to find some really cool games and and things to do, check out Family Fun. They have all sorts of activities and recipes just for kids.

Of course after a day of playing outside with your bubbles, chalk and swinging, you're probably ready for a bath. Want to make it more fun too? Here's a recipe for your very own bubble bath solution, soap crayons, a barbie boat and more bath toys you can make. You can use your soap crayons, markers or finger paint to draw picture on the shower walls and the inside of the tub. A really great way to keep the shampoo out of your eyes when you take a bath or shower is to wear your swimming goggles or a sun visor.

Our Adopted Virtual...."Pets"

We didn't want to put these guys in the Wacky Zoo. We were afraid some of the other animals we've adopted might get loose and gobble them up. They are so delicious....ooops....did I say that? I hope they didn't hear. Shhhh! Don't tell.
